Starting his working life as an Aeronautical Engineer in 1990, Alex became involved in aircraft simulation initially for design and then for training. He has since spent almost 30 years working in the training solution space primarily in the Defence market. He held been employed across technical and programmatic roles, in all phases of the project lifecycle, and on consultancy, experimentation and system development and has held a number of senior leadership positions responsible for people nd capability development, programme delivery and change management.
